Editorial Policy

Our standards for accuracy, independence and how we handle corrections.

Accuracy and review

Content is drafted from established behavioural-finance and decision-science research and reputable sources, and reviewed before publication. Each page carries a last-reviewed date. We distinguish clearly between well-replicated findings, contested or context-dependent effects, practical heuristics and self-management techniques — and we never present a mindset technique as a promise of profit.

No hype

We do not promote 'winning psychology', guaranteed-discipline systems or the idea that the right mindset makes trading safe. Where we describe a technique, we give its assumptions, limits and failure modes with equal weight. Our aim is genuine understanding and better process, not engagement or sales.

No medical or psychological advice

TradingPsychologyGyan teaches behavioural finance and self-management as they relate to trading. It is not psychology, counselling, therapy or medical advice, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. Topics such as stress, burnout and emotional recovery are covered in an educational, self-management framing only; if distress affects your daily life, please consult a qualified professional.

Independence

TradingPsychologyGyan is independent and educational. We do not accept payment to promote brokers, platforms or products, and no page is a recommendation. Any future affiliate links or sponsorship will be disclosed clearly on the relevant page.

Corrections

We fix errors promptly. If you spot a mistake, tell us via the contact page; material corrections are noted with an updated review date and, where relevant, in our update history.

No investment advice

Nothing on TradingPsychologyGyan is investment, trading, legal or tax advice. We are not SEBI-registered. See the SEBI Disclaimer and Risk Disclosure.
